Our Flagship Product
The Governance Transition
A structured, year-long transition from centralized control to community-owned, autonomous governance.
Designing the Path to Autonomy
A roadmap from foundation authority → metagovernance → smart contract–based funding that works.
Embedding Mission, Vision & Values
Mission, Vision, and Values discovery and operationalization.
Aligning Funding with Outcomes
Outcome frameworks that ensure funding aligns with measurable impact.
Sustaining Momentum with Rituals
Governance rituals, facilitation, and communications to sustain momentum.
Ensuring Neutral Change Management
Neutral change management that puts communities in control, not us.
Hack Humanity operates as a trusted co-creation, co-operation and co-execution partner to Foundations and DAOs
We work with key stakeholders to deeply understand needs, and to design and deliver a 12-month transition program for Foundation to move centralised control and functions to trusted decentralised governance and operations.
Modular Components:
Choose Your Building Blocks
Not every community is ready for a full journey. That’s why we offer the same building blocks as standalone modules.
Meta-Governance Architecture
Design the rules of the game: modular processes, decision flows, and accountability systems that prevent capture and enable safe experimentation.
Mission, Vision, and Values Discovery & Operationalization
Align your ecosystem on a shared Mission, Vision, and Values—and embed them into real processes and rituals so they drive decisions, not just sit in a document.
Define measurable goals and tracking systems so funding decisions are aligned with shared priorities and can be evaluated with integrity.
GovHack - Our IRL Specialty
An immersive, 3-day governance hackathon. GovHacks bring stakeholders together to build trust, train delegates, and produce vote-ready proposals.
We recommend embedding multiple GovHacks across a transition, but they can also be run as one-off accelerators.
GovOps Apps
We co-designed and develop AI powered governance apps that augment human governance policy, and process for DAOs and Foundations.
How We Work
Full Governance Transition
The complete package, with GovHack and all modules embedded.
Targeted Modules
Pick a single intervention, like GovHack or MVV discovery, to meet immediate needs.
Hybrid Path
Start with one module, expand into the full journey when ready.
Why Hack Humanity
Credibly Neutral by Design
We do not compete for governance power or future funding streams. Our mandate is to “put ourselves out of business” by leaving behind a self-sufficient system.
Proven Methodology
Built on co-creation models, governance science, and live experiments like GovHacks.
Cultural Sensitivity
We protect against over-correction (chaos → centralization) by embedding rituals and feedback that sustain trust.
Adaptive Technology Support
We prototype tools only when they improve the quality or speed of transition—never as a crutch.
